Island Living nestled in Old World Charm

St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Club is located on beautiful Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Beach. The property fronts an expansive sandy beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The island offers a quiet atmosphere and the resort is located conveniently to local restaurants (for great seafood), bars, grocery stores, beach shopping, fishing and more. The 2 mile strip of A1A is great for taking walks or a family bike ride.

St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Club has been a popular vacation spot for visitors from all over the world. The property is gated and offers 24 hour security for a safe and family friendly environment and, for your convenience, there is an onsite office open every day until 5 pm to assist you or offer suggestions on restaurants or attractions.

In addition to the great location and friendly staff, the resort also offers several amenities. Enjoy one of our 2 pools, 5 Jacuzzi's 4 tennis courts, racquetball courts, fishing ponds, grill area, shuffleboard or horseshoes. The complex houses 8 buildings and 279 units of which roughly 150 our available through our onsite rental program. Each unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo roughly 950 square feet. It comes complete with a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and a washer/dryer as well. The dining area falls right off the kitchen for easy access and a private patio or balcony opens directly from the spacious living room. The master bedroom features a private bath and a full hall bath is available as well. Each unit is individually owned and will differ by decor and amenities.

The rental program features 3 "types" of units which are based on location.

The resort offers 3 buildings which are directly facing the ocean. Those units on the very East end of the building are considered Ocean Front. The Ocean Front units are located most conveniently to the beach boardwalks and offer incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. The ground floor units open to a large grassy area and have views of the protected sand dune area, an easy walk from your patio to the boardwalk. Located in the same buildings as the ocean front units, the Near Ocean units sit at an angle towards the ocean for great view of the beach and water. The ground floor condos are convenient for loading and unloading, or just running out to the boardwalk. Lastly, our Jacuzzi Villa units are locate dmost conveniently to the pools and other amenities. The units are located in 5 separate buildings which have an open courtyard with a common Jacuzzi located in the middle of the building.
