Traveling from I-4 from the Orlando area, and traveling
North on I-95 from the Central or South Florida area.

• From Orlando, South Florida area, travel East on I-4 toward Daytona Beach (I-95 North)
• Merge onto I-95 North
• Travel on I-95 North to St. Augustine
• Take Exit 311 (SR 207). Turn right after exiting traveling Northeast
• At the intersection of SR 207 and SR 312 (roughly 3 miles) take a right onto SR 312
• Take SR 312 through town and over the bridge onto Anastasia Island
• Continue straight on SR 312 as it will eventually curve around into A1A Beach Blvd (DO NOT TURN AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT THAT SAYS "A1A"! JUST CONTINUE STRAIGHT)
• You are now on A1A Beach Blvd. We are roughly 2 miles South on the left hand side right after the Holiday Inn
• The office is the first building on the left as you enter the property

Traveling from Georgia/Florida State Line via I-95

• Travel on I-95 South to St. Augustine
• Take Exit 311 (SR 207). Turn left after exiting traveling Northeast
• At the intersection of SR 207 and SR 312 (roughly 3 miles) take a right onto SR 312
• Take SR 312 through town and over the bridge onto Anastasia Island
• Continue straight on SR 312 as it will eventually curve around into A1A Beach Blvd (DO NOT TURN AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT THAT SAYS "A1A"! JUST CONTINUE STRAIGHT)
• You are now on A1A Beach Blvd. We are roughly 2 miles South on the left hand side right after the Holiday Inn
