St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort is a large condominium property with many amenities. Each condo unit is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony, fully furnished and all linens are provided. Our units vary between Ocean Front, Near Ocean and Jacuzzi Building Units.

High Speed Wireless Internet is available in our Clubhouse

The unit amenities vary by condominium unit, but here are some of the different things Ocean and Racquet Resort offers. Units sleep up to six, cable TV, local phone, units offer King or Queen beds, some have twin beds and/or sofa beds, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, 1 or more TVs, DVD, VCR. Nonsmoking units are available. Many units also come with high speed internet, however our clubhouse also has internet in your unit does not come with the capability. Check for the specifics of the unit you are reserving when you make your reservation.



During the winter months we have lots of activities for our vacationers: yoga, aerobics, water aerobics, bingo, happy hour, St. Patricks day party, Valentines dance, book club, poker, bridge, painting classes, teas, etc.

For your enjoyment, our condominium complex also includes: 2 outdoor pools (1 heated in the winter), 5 Jacuzzis, tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, grill area, direct beach access and 24-hour security. A large clubhouse is also available to rent for meetings, reunions and weddings.

Some things to know before you arrive at St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Oceanfront Resort: No pets, no bike riding on the property, no boats, trailers, RVs, campers, motorhomes, vehicles with signage, Electric grills only, quiet time is 11 PM, office is open everyday until 5 PM. You will need to provide your own cleaning supplies and paper products, no daily cleaning.
