Many of our Near Ocean Rentals offer an angled view of the Atlantic Ocean, while others overlook the beautiful landscaping and the rest of the property. The Near Ocean units are located in the Ocean Front buildings and offer an elevator for ease getting to the second and third floor units.

The bottom floor units offer a patio that opens up to a small grassy area and then straight to the parking lot. Perfect for the kids who can march out to the beach or pool and very easy to load and unload.

The Near Ocean units are more centrally located between the pool and the beach, just a short walk to either.
