Easy rental process, but inconvenient check in…no keys or info were available until the next morning, so guard had to let us in & we were stuck until the next morning. No apology & never received discount info that was included. Kitchen had nice appliances, but needs updates in all other areas. Most dishes were dirty in cabinets & drawers, dried food or something. Can opener was FILTHY. Had everything you need in the kitchen though. Dining area was okay but could use new furniture. Washer & dryer were convenient. Baseboards, floors, doors, bathrooms all need updates & a good cleaning. Living area was nice as well as both bedrooms. Nice TVs, plenty of storage. So convenient to be on the bottom floor and beachfront, but no view of ocean, very nice though. Both pools were clean, and enjoyed them very much. Definitely want to come back to St. Augustine in the near future, was our first time & we loved everything about the area! Great restaurants, history, beach! Would never stay in this unit again, prefer a nicer, cleaner, updated unit, especially for the price!!
