Nice little “backyard “ for kids, very close to beach

This is a nice condo. Sort of “bare bones” but worked very well for our needs. 2 kids under 5 and 3 adults. There is an open green space (dune) off the patio, kids played there, also nice to watch sunrise there with coffee instead of looking out into the parking lot. You can walk to beach walkover through this area instead of through parking lot. Which was very nice. The Kitchen is lacking a few things, no tea kettle , no coffee pot just a single serve Kerig , no toaster but there is a toaster oven. I found salt and pepper but that was it for spices etc… in kitchen .No kid friendly drink or silverware . Read carefully what is included with condo . If planning to use the pull out bed know that the coffee table is very very heavy and no place to put it. Luckily we didn’t need it.
