Unit is nice with all the amenities. Can walk right out the sliding door to the boardwalk to get to the beach so that was nice. Refrigerator door did not seal so it would not stay cool. Notified the front office on 1st day and they just said they’d look into it and contact owner about getting it fixed so had a fridge that didn’t keep things cold all week. Nothing to do with unit, but it wasn’t ready at 3:00 as the website, my check in email, and the front desk told me when I called. Didn’t get it to 5:00. Unacceptable, and when I called Jamie in management she told me it wasn’t Ocean and Racquet’s fault. It was the cleaning company’s fault (if your hire them, it is your fault). And Jamie told me since January 1 check in isn’t until 4:00 so we only got in an hour late.
I told her 3 separate places (see above) tell me 3:00 and she just said she would talk to the ladies at the front desk. Was offered a $25 gift card for our troubles and never got it. So unit good, management bad.
