Unit is well worn, humid, and is uncomfortable for more than 4 adults.

In general, the unit contains several items that are in poor condition (i.e. burnt coffee maker, broken steak knives, light bulbs out, split photo frames, useless shower curtain, torn/heavily soiled furniture fabric). When it rained throughout the night, the master bedroom ceiling leaked onto the bed and the water came in through the ocean facing window. The electricity repeatedly “tripped” and we had to reset it with the GFI and the unit constantly felt “wet” inside – nothing air dried throughout the week. We had 5 adults, but the unit only has 4 dining chairs, 4 porch chairs, 4 places to sit while watching TV together. Not really comfortable for more than 4 adults.
