We had a nice time at the beach. The weather was lovely, and we enjoyed time with family. 3113 is a bit cluttered. The decor had to be moved out of the way to provide counter top space in the kitchen in particular. Most cabinets and closets are full so there isn’t much space for guests to bring food or places to put items such as suitcases. It would be helpful if it were stripped down to essentials to provide a more welcoming experience.
