What could be better than hearing the surf every night as you go to sleep?

The unit needs updating (furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, painting) but is clean, functionally fine and basically in good repair. The location on the property is the best part of this unit. The management staff are excellent – repair/maintenance, office staff and security are friendly, attentive and responsive.
