Every guest vehicle entering St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort in St. Augustine Beach, Florida, is required to have a valid vehicle access pass. Access passes are $25 each and are valid for the duration of your stay. Guests who book directly through the St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort onsite rental program receive one complimentary vehicle access pass with their reservation. Additional vehicle passes may be purchased for $25 each, with a maximum of three vehicles per reservation.
Additional access passes may be purchased online in advance by completing the form below, by calling our Rental Office at 904-471-0932, or in person at the Rental Office during regular business hours, Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Please note that the Gate House does not process payments or sell vehicle access passes. If you expect to arrive after the Rental Office closes, please purchase any required additional passes online using the form below or contact our office in advance so your pass can be prepared for arrival.
Once purchased and processed, your vehicle access pass will be available at the entry gate upon arrival and will remain valid throughout your stay.
Please note that RVs, trailers, campers, boats, and similar oversized vehicles are not permitted.
Day Visitors: If your guest is visiting for the day only, please call the Courtesy Service Officer (CSO) Gate at 904-471-3686 and provide the visitor’s name and your unit number. A complimentary day parking pass will be issued and is valid until midnight that day.
Overnight Visitors: Any visitor staying overnight must purchase a $25 vehicle access pass.

Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A confirmation will be emailed to you after you have purchased your pass(es). Please have the confirmation email available (in electronic or paper form) to provide to the CSO Gate upon your arrival.
Do not attempt to enter or remain on the property without a valid access pass. Any vehicle on property without a valid access pass is subject to being towed.
Please NOTE
You have chosen to vacation in a “Resort Condominium” as defined by FL. Stat. 509.242 ©. By so doing you are accepting the provision of Fla. Stat. 509.141 (1). This provision inter alia, provides that “The manner herein provided, any guest of the establishment who, while on the premises of the establishment, illegally possess or deals in controlled substances as defined in chapter 893 or is intoxicated, profane, lewd or brawling; who indulges in any language or conduct which disturbs the peace and comfort of other guests or which injures the reputation, dignity or standing of the establishment.”
Should Management determine a guest is violating any of the above covenants “the guest will be notified that Ocean & Racquet Resort no longer desires to entertain you as a guest and shall request such guest leave at once.”
Fl. Stat. 509.141 (3) “Any guest who remains or attempts to remain in any such establishment after being requested to leave is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or 775.083.”
