Is there a minimum night stay?

We offer a 3 night minimum night stay or more.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

For reservations less than a 28-night stay (short-term), cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days will result in 100% forfeiture of your rental fee.

For reservations more than 28-night stay (long-term), the reservation must be cancelled 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% forfeiture of the rental fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in 100% forfeiture of the rental rate.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 3:00pm.

Check-out time is 10:00am.

What if I’m arriving late?

If you’re arriving late, your welcome packet with the keys to your unit and information will be at the Courtesy Service Officer House. Just pull up and say you’re checking in, and they will help you find your way!

Do you allow pets?

No, we are not pet-friendly.

What if I have a visitor?

If your visitor is visiting for the day, please call the Courtesy Service Officer House (904-471-3686) and inform them of your visitor’s name and the unit you are in; then, the Courtesy Service Officer will issue a daily parking pass at no charge.

If your visitor will be staying overnight, the visitor will need to fill out a parking permit application and pay $15 online at: https://www.oceanandracquet.com/parking-pass-application/

Or visit the office and pay $15.00 (cash only) parking fee. This pass will be good for your entire stay.

What items should I bring with me?

Are the kitchens stocked?

Yes, owners provide kitchen utensils, glasses and cookware for up to six people.

Do you allow smoking?

No, this is a non-smoking environment. Smoking found in any of the common areas, balconies or the inside the condo will result in a $250.00 smoke remediation fee.

What is the minimum age to rent a condo?

We are happy to make reservation for individuals 23 and older. You may not book for anyone under 23 if you do not plan to be on property during the stay.

What type of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Money Orders or Cashier’s Check received 2 weeks in advance will be accepted.

We do not accept Traveler’s Checks.

If I check out early do I get a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds for early departure.

Do you offer cable and Wi-Fi?

Yes, all units offer Wi-Fi and basic cable.

Do you have a beach access?

Yes, we have two beach walkover access ramps that are also wheelchair accessible. 

Do you have a travel insurance plan?
