Schedule Annual Cleaning(s)

Dear St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Rental Owner: 

In preparation for the upcoming snowbird season, we are now scheduling for unit deep cleans, carpet, tile, and upholstery cleans, grout cleaning and annual unit evaluations. As an Owner, you have the option of handling the cleaning projects yourselves or having the onsite team schedule and charge your owner rental account accordingly. Your cleaning preference is required to be submitted in writing to info@oceanandracquet.com no later than September 20th, 2023. Should we not hear from you by this date, we will schedule the deep cleaning and all necessary aforementioned items to help us facilitate the best first impression for our ORC guests. 

If you will be facilitating the cleaning of your ORC rental unit yourself, all cleanings must be completed by December 1st, 2023 so that the ORC team has time to “inspect what we expect”. Should any deficiencies in self-cleaning or owner hired vendor cleaning occur, ORC will automatically engage our cleaning team to correct such concerns and charge your owner account.  

PAYMENTS: Please send your payments promptly to St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet, 880 A1A Beach Blvd., St. Augustine, FL 32080 (payable to St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet). These payment are due immediately.  

*Dryer vent cleanings have been removed as an optional performed service and are now a part of your Association dues.
