Please Note:
Work permitted only between 8am & 5pm, M-S.
Tools, pans, buckets, etc. must be cleaned only in designated locations.
All debris must be removed from the property and not disposed of in association’s garbage area.
No work permitted in the hallways, courtyards, or breezeways.
Hallways, courtyards, and breezeways must be cleaned of material at the completion of each day.
Any damages to common property, i.e. paint drippings, tears or stains in the hall carpet will be charged to the owner of the unit where work is being performed.
All hard surface flooring is required to have an underlayment of sound attenuation materials. See management for approved materials.
Vendor keys must be returned to the office daily.
