This second floor unit is pleasantly furnished and comfortable. It offers everything one needs for an enjoyable vacation, and the view from the balcony is awesome.
The two bedrooms and two baths make sharing with family and friends comfortable. The guest room has a queen beds which requires persons to sleep together as opposed to single beds which I find better for my teen grandchildren.
The guest bathroom is adequate, however I found the bathtub slippery for showering. There are no grab bars, which required grasping the towel bar that may not be appropriate to hold ones weight and balance. Otherwise, I loved my 4 week stay in this unit and the relaxation of the beautiful second floor view of the ocean, which is the nearest unit to the ocean without renting the Oceanview units.
The only drawback is carrying luggage and groceries up the 8 – 10 steps which are very close to this unit. (I usually prefer a ground floor unit, but there is not the beautiful view that a second floor offers.) There is an elevator down the hall a bit, that I chose not to use.
I would be happy to rent this unit again in the future!
