Rental experience was easy, awaiting refund information due to issue of evacuation orders.

Apartment unit 3223 was clean in overall appearance. Our short stay was enjoyable. The kitchen was clean. Evacuation orders were issued due to Hurricane Milton. But the unit did smell of mildew. For future rentals a few minor issued to address: Living room blinds were broken and bathroom sinks and tub/shower were very slow to drain.
