Unit did not meet expectations

This unit did not meet the standards that I had previously experienced at St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet. This Unit needs a thorough deep cleaning, completion of remodeling efforts, especially kitchen cabinets & other woodwork, laundry appliances that work, kitchen utensils & furniture that is upgraded, and attention to the patio door so that it locks. The unit has great potential, but needs a lot of attention.
