Owner Parking Pass

Owners may complete the below information to obtain up to two parking passes for themselves, their immediate family members (spouses, children, grandchildren, parents and siblings) and their guests IF the Owner will be staying onsite during their guest’s stay. Passes for all other guests, renters and distant family members (aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, etc) may be purchased on the Guest Parking Pass Application.

A photo ID matching the name on the parking pass form may be required upon check-in at the CSO Entry Gate.

If you will be driving a rental car, please indicate “rental car” on the form and the CSO Entry attendant will obtain the remaining vehicle details after your arrival.

Please submit this form at least two days prior to your arrival to avoid delays gaining access to the complex. The pass(es) will be available at the CSO Entry Gate, if you have timely applied for them.

A confirmation will be emailed to you and your guests/immediate family after you have applied for the pass(es). Please have the confirmation email available (in electronic or paper form) to provide to the CSO Gate upon your arrival.

Your submission of this form attests that you understand that failure to abide by Ocean & Racquet parking policies may result in towing and/or revocation of parking permits for up to one year.
