Every guest vehicle on the property requires an access pass. There is a one-time charge of $25 for each access pass, up to two passes per condo, provided that you arrange for the pass at least 2 days prior to your arrival (i.e. if you are checking in on Sunday, you must submit the online form by Friday). The pass is good for your entire stay. For those who have booked through the onsite rental program, your first pass is included in your Booking Fee and our staff has already arranged for it. For all other renters and guests, please submit the form below at least two days prior to your arrival. The pass will be available at the CSO Entry Gate upon your arrival, if you have timely applied and paid for it.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not purchase your pass(es) at least two days prior to your arrival, a $25 surcharge is added to the price of each pass ($50 total per vehicle). If you are purchasing the pass, within 2 days of your arrival, please pay the $25 surcharge with the purchase of your pass to avoid further delays gaining access to the complex.
Please click the Submit button once. Multiple clicks may result in multiple charges.
Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable
A confirmation will be emailed to you after you have purchased your pass(es). Please have the confirmation email available (in electronic or paper form) to provide to the CSO Gate upon your arrival.
Do not attempt to enter or remain on the property without a valid parking pass. Any vehicle on property without a valid parking pass is subject to being towed.
